Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the TKO Forge Terms of Service. You must not, and must not allow others to:

Prohibited content & conduct

Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
Upload or send malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or account.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or send hateful or sexually exploitative content.
Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

Email & SMS rules

Only send messages to recipients from whom you have any consent the law requires.
Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, the TCPA, and all applicable laws.
Always include accurate sender identification, a valid physical postal address, and a working unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism, and honor opt-outs promptly.
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), purchased/harvested lists, or messages to recipients who have opted out.
Do not use misleading subject lines, headers, or sender information.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and may remove content, throttle or suspend sending, or suspend or terminate accounts — with or without notice — to protect the Service, our other customers, and our sending reputation. You are responsible for violations by your users.
