Cookie & Tracking Notice

Last updated: June 26, 2026

This notice explains how TKO Cloud Solutions uses cookies and similar technologies on TKO Forge and our websites (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and tags. We use both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them).

Categories we use

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

Email tracking

Marketing and campaign emails you send through the Service may include open-tracking pixels and click-tracking links so you can measure engagement. As the sender, you are the controller for that tracking and are responsible for any required disclosures or consents to your recipients. Recipients can limit tracking by disabling remote images in their email client.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set most browsers to block them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break core features such as signing in. Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies and let you change your choice at any time.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard, we currently do not respond to these signals, but we limit our use of tracking as described above.
